Welcome to ThaiFlora. By accessing our website or placing an order with ThaiFlora.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. Company Information

ThaiFlora Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based supplier and exporter of live plants, seeds, and agricultural products.


2. Product Availability

  • Our plants are subject to seasonal and climate conditions.
  • In case a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and provide alternatives or refund options.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in USD (or THB upon request).
  • Prices do not include import duties, local taxes, or customs charges in the buyer’s country.
  • Full payment is required before export processing begins.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • International Bank Transfer
    • Thai Local Bank Transfer
    • Other approved channels as confirmed at order time

4. Export Certification & Documents

All shipments from Thailand will include:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate (Issued by Thai Agricultural Authority)
  • Additional documents if required (e.g., CITES, if applicable)

Important: The buyer must confirm import regulations in their country before placing an order.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Plants are packaged using protective and moisture-preserving methods.
  • Shipping timelines vary by destination, airline cargo availability, customs clearance, and seasonal conditions.
  • Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared with the buyer.

ThaiFlora cannot guarantee transit times due to third-party logistics handling and customs processes.


6. Customs, Import Permits & Legal Compliance

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Obtaining import permits
  • Paying customs duties / taxes
  • Ensuring species are allowed in their country

ThaiFlora is not responsible if:

  • Customs rejects, delays, destroys, or holds the shipment
  • Plants deteriorate due to customs quarantine delays
  • Import regulations are not met on the buyer’s end

7. Plant Condition & Damage Claims

We ship healthy and inspected plants.
If plants arrive damaged:

You must contact us within 24 hours, with:

  • Photos of the plant
  • Photos of packaging
  • Tracking/waybill number

If approved, we will provide:

  • Replacement in next shipment or
  • Partial credit — depending on the situation

Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted due to natural plant changes after arrival.


8. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once export preparation has begun.
  • Refunds are issued only if ThaiFlora is unable to supply or ship the order.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

9. Website Content Usage

All text, images, and product details on ThaiFlora.com are the property of ThaiFlora Co., Ltd., and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written approval.


10. Limitation of Liability

ThaiFlora Co., Ltd. is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs or logistics carriers
  • Plant stress due to transit delay or climate differences
  • Losses from incorrect care after delivery
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the products purchased.


11. Policy Updates

ThaiFlora Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
